Tuition Assistance

With our commitment to bringing music into the lives of as many children and families as possible, we do our utmost to enable your child’s participation in the program by offering our own self-funded tuition assistance program in the form of the following discounts…

A. 10% for children of school faculty and staff
B. 10% or more for children whose family qualifies for need based financial aid
C. 10% for multiple child participation in the Individual Program
D. Larger assistance amounts for free/reduced lunch students at public charter schools

To apply for any one of the tuition discounts listed above, please fill out the form below. To be eligible to receive tuition assistance for the 2011-12 school year you must first register for the program online and then submit the tuition assistance form with all accompanying documents.  If eligible for free/reduced lunch, please indicate this in your form.

Please note, for verification purposes Music Kids requires an emailed or faxed copy of one or more of the following documents to accompany the application form:

1. Most recent Federal Income Tax Return (Form 1040, 1040-A or 1040-EZ pages 1 and 2 only, no schedules)
2. Letter from Social Welfare Agency stating amount of allotment
3. Official proof of Social Security income or survivor’s pension
4. Official proof of unemployment compensation
5. Proof of other source of income (child support, maintenance or alimony)

Documents may be submitted via email at Answers@MusicKidsProgram.com.  Please fill out the tuition assistance form as well as your income documentation as described above.
